He was pleasant to work with. Always available to answer questions, even on weekends. Helped guide the clearing out of house and preparing the home for showing. !! Mike helped us every step of the way along the path of selling our house. He even was there when we needed him to mind the house while workers were present. Due to health reasons, I had to move my parents with us to California, while the house was in Maryland. Mike handled everything, from cleaning out the storage facility, upkeep and shipping of the car, to shipping and selling various things for us. He also ensured that the major and minor things were fixed inside and outside the house to get it ready to sell. He also helped us find a real estate agent in Virginia to sell our other properties. He went above and beyond expectations and made selling the house a great experience.

He had good advice for us on what to do to make the house more marketable, while keeping costs down. He had a suggested list of vendors for different jobs. While Mike had recommendations on improvements to make, he was also open to differing opinions. He educated himself on the neighborhood and recent and current sales. He worked with us to come up with a good price point for the asking price. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone searching for a realtor.

We really appreciated the "added value" that Mike brought to the table. We have bought and sold more than five times in our married life, and Mike is definitely the most attentive, humble, helpful, resourceful and servant-oriented agent of all. From our first meeting he had plenty of data and advice about pricing, organized our schedule with us, brought in other consultants, and we sold within a week of listing at asking price.
